Razor Nari Ultimate no longer being detected | Razer Insider

Was playing a game and the headset was working fine, got an update and let it do it’s thing. It suddenly stopped, which is not unusual while updating. However this time after the update finished, it just wont connect anymore. I’ve tried multiple USB ports, which all work for other products, but my Nari just sits in “pairing” and getting no where.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled synaspse - no go

Tried the Nari Dongle Recovery - just hangs there saying “recovery needed”

Cannot use the Nari Pairing Utiliy as it does not get recognized wireless NOR wired.

It’s odd that a small update can completely brick a headset like this.

Hello heatquickPastelGreen720,

I’m here to help. Please try to uninstall the headset drivers by doing the following:

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit enter.
  3. Go to “Audio inputs and outputs”.
  4. Right-click on the Razer headset and select “Uninstall device”.
  5. Restart the computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If the problem persists, PM me with the device serial number and proof of purchase so I can look into RMA options. Thanks!
