My razor ornata tenkeyless does not work when i boot up my pc the keys don’t work i unplugged and replugged back in i checked the driver no issues but when i sign in using the visual keyboard and go into the razor app and set the color it works no issues and it’s wired not wireless how do i fix?

+1I’d try updating chipset drivers in OS and BIOS if available for your system.
