Yes, I’ve seen the previous post regarding this issue. I’m sad that I don’t see what the F buttons at the top do, and I do see that there is no lights.
And yes, I’ve turned off dynamic lighting. The mouse I have is working, but not the keyboard lights.

Does it make any different when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
