im trying to set up razor pc remote play and for what ever reason the remote play button that should be on the launcher page isnt there i have version 11.0.46.0.
i have tried putting in the IP address on the app to see if it would find my pc but it just says could not connect host.
i am on the same network i just cant seem to find why the button isnt there

I am experiencing the same issue. Not sure why the software is right there but cannot be used. Quite unfortunate
I found out it's windows 11 only. Windows 10 here, need to upgrade.

Its really unfortunate. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but it was the same outcome. Why release a product that isnt working on arrival.

I was having this issue, and I discovered the VPN that I was using was causing the problem.
(I’d had similar issues when using Moonlight previously)
Disabling my VPN resolved the problem and my laptop was recognized immediately.
