Razor Pro Kiara Audio Settings if low hearing in one ear

Hey so I recently woke up with lowness on my left ear and I can’t hear out of it as far as footsteps or certain things when I play Cod. Also my right ear is normal so I basically hear everything out of that ear, but I tested my hearing on my left and like I said I’m not deaf but I hear very low because of (Tinnius). I wanted to know if there a setting that I can change so I can hear out my left and right. Last time I updated my Kiaria pro headset was when the Next Gen Xbox came out ,so I haven’t updated it since or know if there’s an option like that. I also have the kiara pro app on my xbox if that helps . THANK YOU COMMUNITY HELP ME
