Razor raptor 27 doesnt allow to firware update

Hi, I'm Spanish, sorry about any issues with the language before starting. I'm having some problems with the firmware update from the official Razer site. The screen works perfectly with HDMI and DisplayPort, but with USB-C, it doesn't work. However, my PC detects it in the device manager. It seems like a generic screen, perhaps because it only has Windows drivers. I've tried the firmware updating system, but it doesn't let me click on "update" as if no screen were connected to the computer.
