Razor Ripsaw HD image corruption when recording on OBS / PS5

Hi there, I've been trying to record from my PS5 using OBS and I'm having issues. The image display and audio from the Ripsaw is fine except when it reaches a particular scene in the game. I can reproduce this 100% of the time. Please see the attached the screenshots. I feel like I've tried everything I can think to try which is why I'm hoping some kind stranger knows what's up. I started by updating my drivers and adjusting bit rate, fps, output resolution, everything that YouTube suggested even though I can't see anyone else that has this particular issue. I've even tried using different recording software and I the image corrupts right on queue. I've switched out the HDMI cables as well and nothing. The display on the source (PS5) is fine. Anyone know why this is happening? Thank you!

    Have you updated Razer Ripsaw HD's firmware from the support page? Ensure that the device is on version 1200.12. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
