Razor Shark V2 Pro pairing issues

So, i have the headset for around one year and suddenly my headset decides to have pairing issues. It does not show up in Synapsis, even after reinstall and updating Synapsis. I tried to use the tool to pair the devices as well as updating the software, but my compute either does not recognize the dongle or the headset. But if i plug in the dongle into my computer, it recognizes the dongle. But if i start the headset it instantly tries to “pair”, never finds anything and then shuts down 5min later. I couldnt find anything helpful in the FAQ, Forum or anyone else having this issue. Any advices?

I’m here to help. Were there any changes made to your system or device before the issue? Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently? To isolate the problem, plug in your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro to a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed. Ensure you are directly plugging in your device to a USB port on your PC and not to a USB hub. Please PM me with your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
