razor synapse keeps asking password

i cant log in and use my mouse. i guess i was using "as a guest" i had it adjusted to the speeds i liked and everything. Now, made the account (because that was the only option) it asks for password, then takes me to personal info page then asks for password again.. ive now wasted precious time I'll never get back and have fallen behind on my project. i just want to use the mouse with my preferred settings. I don't even game on pc What do i do???? i need to get back to work.. not waste time!!!
