Razor Synapse - No Broadcast Settings

Hi All,

I have a Razer Kiyo. Doesn't seem to work properly for me yet.
I have the Synapse software. It is up to date on version 3.4.115.10915
I am running Windows 10. 64 bit. Happy to answer any other Qs about my setup.

When I click Razer Kiyo in Synapse, it is blank. There is nothing there. Should there be? What should it look like and how to do I get this software to work? (See uploaded image)

Any help would be appreciated. I am a streamer and use Streamlabs OBS but I think my camera could be producing a better image.

Hi there, @DominoJack! Just to verify, even though that it is not showing on the Broadcast tab of your Synapse app, is the Kiyo camera still working? Can you send us the serial number of your Razer through PM? Let's continue from there.
