Razor Synpase 3 Studio problem

So razor cynosa chromo keyboard is not show up blue or green when it does the wave effect if I use the studio module but if I use the quick effect, all the colors are there. It wasn't like this. I like it when I can make cool LED light effect. Now blue and green are missing if I use the studio module in the razor synpase 3 app. Can anyone help me please. I been trying to fix this for hours and google was not that much help.

Since the colors are working on your keyboard's default lighting, it could be that there's a problem with your Synapse. I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation of your Razer Synapse by following the steps on this page.
