Razor Tartarus Pro D-Pad not working

Ok as of today (10/09/2026).  I found a fix that worked for me.
TLDR: Reset or Clear Razer Synapse Devices 
Step 1 - unplug razer device in question (the direction said all devices but I just unplugged the Tartarus V2 Pro)
Step 2 - Navigate to Razer Synapse, from the Synapse tab in the middle is sub menus, select ‘DEVICES & MODULES’ then click on “Remove” on the greyed out Razer Tartarus Pro
Step 3 - I added this step, restart computer
Step 4 - Launch Razer Synapse then plug the device back in

As of today 17/10/2026, my Razer D-pad is not working.  I am using version 4.0.827 for both Razer Chroma App and Razer Synapse.  It was working perfectly well yesterday, but this morning my profile setup was wiped clean and then when trying to setup again, I noticed that the d-pad button list, which I normally use and the d-pad setup was incorrect.  According to the d-pad button list, Down is actually left on the d-pad setup and vice versa.  I believe that this occurred last month also.  My version apparently has not been updated since 1/10/2026 so I don’t know what is causing this issue overnight.
