I have a newish Windows 11 box and Tartarus pro. Every few weeks when I power on the PC the tartarus pro lights up but has no keymapping. When I type on the keys nothing appears in word/notepad/and the mappings that used to work fine in games do nothing. The joystick bit does still to work however. The tartarus pro is recognized in Synapse 4.0 and the profile defined there is correct. The profile I want is set as the default and the device is linked to the game. In the past I have rebooted, deleted drivers, rebooted, uninstalled synapse, unplugged the tartarus pro, rebooted, reinstalled synapse, rebooted, plugged the tartarus pro into a different USB port and rebooted again. At some point in this sequence it will start working again.
As of now it still isn’t working. Any ideas gratefully received.
