Always gets stuck going left right or forwards and backwards only bought it yesterday Feel ripped off I'm thinking of returning for a full refund and then swapping to another device that isn't totally flawed and shouldn't be on the shelves Convince me other wise or tell me a solution please....

    Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Tartarus V2's analog stick concern. When did the issue start? Have you tried logging in using a guest or test Razer Synapse account? Have you tried connecting the gaming stick to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with the device serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
