Hi evreyone,



i bought the razer turret kit for xbox one and i have a problem with the keyboard. i did the dongle, keyboard and mouse updates via synapse. everything works on pc, but on xbox the keyboard keys work in the menu and when I go to supported games like fortnite or gears 5 the mouse works but the keyboard keys no longer work. when i go to the game setup options i can adjust the mouse, but when i go to the keyboard menu i see the keys selected but i cannot change them because they are not responding. if I go back to the main menu, the keys work again to move around the menu and make selections with the enter key. anyone have any idea?



Update: i Forget to say that turret works well with minecraft and Cold War. So it is possible that is a fortnite or gears 5 issue or special config?



SOLVED: i solved the problem with changing language of keyboard on Xbox setting. My Xbox is set Canada french but the keyboard need to be in us english or Canada english! All works great now.
