I got my razor nari ultimate about 4 months ago. warranty is over and the headset won't charge or keep charge for long if i eventually get the light on messing with it. ive tried every cord every adapter. Ive looked it up and it says its a software problem. can I not get a new head set because my device was made wrong? I've seen this problem everywhere. i spent alot of money on them for them to just break 4 months later do to no fault of my own
