razor v3 hypersense mic not working, showing as speaker

i recently bought the razor v3 hypersense, and i attempted to use it on both my platstation and my laptop, the mic did not work on either

i tried to do multiple fixes, including reinstalling the drivers multiple times. 

my laptop says that its detecting the device as a speaker and not as a headset.

Please send me the serial number of your headset, along with a screenshot showing how the headset appears in Device Manager.

You can upload the screenshot to Google Drive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link. I’ll use the serial number to check for any possible firmware solutions, while the screenshot will help me better assess the issue and determine the best next steps. Let’s go from there.
