Razor Viper Pro Dongle Not working

It was working fine until I plugged my dongle to my laptop for a quick use and it worked for about 1-2 minutes before it stopped and now it wont work on my PC. Synapse is showing 0% battery but the actual battery is full. The light blink white when trying to connect with the dongle. Uninstall synapse doesn’t fix it. The S/N is PM2218H24306762. Please advise.
