Razor viper turning off by itself
My razer viper keeps turning off while using or playing on my laptop and I don’t know if it’s the wired or the USB port causing the problem. I have already tried turning off the power management USB turning off, tried turning off the USB turning off, and tried to uninstall the razer synapse and nothing works.

Does it still appear on the Device Manager when it turns off? If not, then the mouse is completely disconnected. Check for possible cable cuts and fraying and check for a connector or port corrosion. Do send me the serial number so I can look into your RMA options.
