Razor Viper V3 Pro Battery Drain

Hello,

I have no idea what happened or changed, but my Razer Viper V3 Pro is suddenly draining from 100% to 0% in the span of just a couple hours. Does anyone know how to fix this? Should I return it and get a new one from Best Buy?

If so, you can send me a PM with your device serial number, region and a copy of your proof of purchase for warranty validation. You can upload it to any hosting site like Imgur or Google Drive and just send me the shareable link here. Also, allow me to ask a few questions below:

  • Was this working fine before?
  • When did the issue start occurring?
  • Were there any changes made to your system/device prior to the issue?
  • Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue?
  • Any noticeable physical damage from the mouse?
  • Does your mouse still turn on?
  • If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show that it’s charging or is the % stuck?
  • Any noticeable damage from the USB cable or dock?
  • How long does the battery last if you go wireless?
