Razor Wolverine Tournament Edition USB Fault

Purchased a Razor Wolverine Tournament Edition and doesn’t work. Tried plugging it in both USB ports (front and back) but nothing. I’ve installed razor app to check for updated firmware and all updated.

 

Serial Number: removed.

 

Please can someone help as very frustrating

To resolve the issue, please ensure you have tried the following steps. 

  1. Clean the Controller: Dust or debris can affect the performance. Ensure it's clean.

  2. Power Check:

    • Make sure your controller is fully charged (if wireless).
    • If it won't power on, place it on the charging stand, ensuring the stand is plugged into a power outlet. Charge for at least 3 hours.

  3. Connect with USB:

    • Use a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect the controller to your console.
    • Plug the USB-C end into the controller and the USB-A end into a port on the console. This will provide power and a wired connection.

  4. Try Different USB Ports: If connecting via USB, try different ports on your console.

  5. Update Firmware:

    • Go to the console’s settings/dashboard to update your controller.
    • Disconnect all accessories/devices when performing this update.

  6. Power Cycle Your Console: Restart your gaming console by following the user guide.

  7. Test on Another Console: If possible, connect your Razer controller to a different gaming console to see if it works there.
