Razor Wolverine V2 Pro Ps5 not coming on at all

Hello i not to long ago want say about a month got my controller and its been working fine up until now i was using it last night then i tried to use it today and it didn't come on at all and i only use it for my ps5 like i tried everything to get it to work i dont know what to do anymore if anyone can help or any other suggestion im all ears

When you said, “it didn't come on”, did you mean, it won’t turn on? If yes, then it's highly likely to be an issue with the battery dropping to 0%, a faulty charging connection, or a firmware glitch. Try isolating the issue by checking your cables and performing a hard reset on the controller.
