I just tried connecting my RAZOR kio as suggested but the LED light has not lit up?

    Hey ​@Nimshie,

    Can you launch your Synapse or third party application and set the Kiyo as its capture device? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the ring light issue.
