Razr 15 Has Lost IR Camera Function

I have been using Windows Hello Face to log in to my Razer 15 for some time.  Recently it stopped working.  Under the Windows 11 facial heading it shows that it can’t find a camera compatible with Windows Face.  The built-in camera was working fine for this until this week.  I’ve checked for updated drivers for the camera and the IR camera.  I’ve de-installed and reinstalled the drivers.  The camera works fine for other applications like Zoom.  The IR camera is not detected by VLC Media Player, which can usually detect and read an IR camera.  There are no errors in the biometric devices part of device manager.  Looking for ideas to further troubleshoot.

Ensure that your Windows Operating system is updated, then restart the laptop. Also, please verify the Windows privacy settings and see the app permissions for your Razer Blade camera. Try updating/reinstalling your camera driver as well. Feel free to send me a PM, including the laptop’s serial number so I can assist you further.
