Razr Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) keeps disconnecting

I bought a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition like a week ago and used it for 3 hours max. I have a problem with the connection. It keeps disconnecting after sime time and connect again. I already updatet the firmware, reinstalled synapse and reinstalled the headset drivers. I also closed every program for my other devices but it keeps happening and it’s hard to play games with this thing. I red across several Reddit posts and threads on this Website but no fix could help me with this issue. So please if anyone can help me with this problem than i don’t have to send this thing back.

I understand that you are experience a connection issues, where the headset repeatedly disconnects and reconnects after some time. 

 Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
