I have a Razr Iskur RZ38-0277 chair with a broken seat mounting plate part (H) in the manual. This is the second time this has broken, withing regular use. The first time it broke i was within the warranty period and was sent a part to replace. I am now out of warranty but would like to know how to get replacement parts for this. As I read the forums and online is seems to be a major issue with everyone breaking the same part. I would like to know if this is covered under and extended warranty or recall?
