Razr Naga V3 Pro Macros - radiology hot desking

Hi,

I’m looking at buying the RAZER NAGA V3 PRO mouse. I’m a radiologist, and unfortunately we hotdesk and can’t install Synapse onto work computers.

My question is: can I assign text macros to different buttons to this mouse, so that I can:

- take mouse to work
- plug it in, use without synapse
- Use the side mouse buttons to basically paste a wall of text when required

E.g. most brain scans are normal - it will save me a huge amount of time to be able to press a button and quickly paste my 3 paragraph normal brain report.

2nd Q: Will I be able to assign a macro for e.g. “CTRL+B”.

 

Happy to use synapse at home to program these macros, but I need them to work in the office where I can’t install synapse

Looks like you can just create a macro on your home Synapse, assign it to a side button, save the profile to an onboard slot, then just plug in to the work computer and it should remember off the onboard profile.
