RB Advanced 2018 w/GTX 1070 (Code 43)

I have a 2018 Razer Blade w/GTX 1070. All of a sudden the GTX 1070 has a code 43 and I cannot get it fixed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Used several different driver versions. Uninstalled using DDU in safe mode, but no luck. It is listed in Device Manager but has an exclamation mark and says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" Anyone run into this before or have any ideas?

    Hey there! Sorry to hear about your concern. Have you reverted the laptop's operating system to its factory state and see if the issue persists?

    Yes I tried to restore to a previous point, reset the OS, and finally completely wiped it and started fresh. No luck at all
