I'm having trouble getting my Crucial Balistix 64GB 3200MHZ to run at 3200MHZ. I have tried the XMP profile 1 in BIOS, but the laptop just hangs. Can anyone assist? Thank you in advance.

Do you mind sending me the serial number of your RB15 so I can validate the model and support for Intel XMP? If you have the advanced model, it should support up to 3200 Mhz using the XMP profile. But it is also possible that the RAM kit isn't compatible with the system.

Thank you for getting back to me. That's right it's supposed to work as I checked with Razer previously as well as Crucial to determine this. My laptop's serial number is *Removed SN from public view.

If that is the case, then there are a few things that I need to confirm. Please PM me the model of the RAM kit and the serial number of your laptop. By the way, were you getting any freezing issues with the kit that the RB15 came with?
I've started a conversation with you. No, I was not getting any freezes on the RB15 with stock RAM or with the Crucial RAM (at 2666mhz).
