RBP17 2019 boot loop | Razer Insider

Had a techie check over the whole thing with a multimeter - says all parts are functioning fine. Without access to schematics (which Razer won't release because it's proprietary) it's impossible to know if this is 100% true or not.

Was able to get from a totally dead machine to boot to keyboard lights for a few secs then turn off boot loop by flashing a BIOS with newer Intel ME version onto the main BIOS chip. :S

After a once over with the SPI flasher we notice this chip(GD25Q80xx) is blank (all FFs) - this couldn't be right? Perhaps Razer Support can supply the file that should be on this chip or point towards what it does? Is it even necessary for the machine to boot?

I recommend sending this laptop to our authorized service center to undergo a repair since there's no downloadable file for this chip. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can create a support ticket on your behalf. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
