Re-install windows 11

Hiya all,

I’ve got razer blade pro 17 2020. it had windows 11 and had blue screen of death suddenly last night.

I couldn’t boot back into windows.

I’ve downloaded my recovery image but it came up as zip.

If I copy the extracted files and folders and copy them directly to USB stick, will I be able to boot from it? Based on my experience last time it wouldn’t work.

If you followed the steps to create the recovery stick from this article, your laptop should boot from the recovery image you created on the portable USB drive that you downloaded from our Razer Online Services page. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
