I want to enable the 7.1 channel service. I don’t have an activation code, so I plan to re-register the product to get the activation code, but when I submit it, it shows that the product has already been registered. Please contact customer service, but the funny thing is that you don’t provide customer service at all. I can't find any way to contact customer service, so I can only ask questions in the community.
