Reassign mouse buttons

I bought an razer naga pro hand have option to switch from 2 buttons to 12, but i cant figure out how to reassign them.... when i press 1 on the mouse it presses 1 on the keyboard. I want the mouse buttons to be separated so i ca use them for different things and functions in game
