What is the process for receiving a faulty product, from what I can tell I will receive a refund for sending back, but will pay shipping fee to return on the pre-printed labels. Any estimates on the pre-printed shipping costs or better to sort myself. Keyboard has couple of issues and not even able to get a single use out of it. First time ordering from Razer and I am not impressed so far. Not a happy customer! If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be amazing, thanks
