Recieved Expired Coupon Code

I’ve experienced this already, My birthday is near the end of January and my account recieved coupon codes for them. Problem is these codes have both expired by the time I recieved them on December 31st of both 2024 and 2025. I’ve already sent an email about it last year and never recieved a response, and now it’s happening again. Do I dare bother reaching out about this? It can become really problematic eventually.
