Hello,
After performing a hard reset (ESC + CAPS + SPACEBAR) on my Razer BlackWidow V3 (RZ03-0354, Green Switch), the keyboard lighting works normally and even reacts to key presses, but no key inputs are registered in Windows or BIOS.
The device appears in Device Manager as “Razer BlackWidow V3” and two “HID Keyboard Device” entries.
I have already:
- Installed the latest firmware updater successfully,
- Reinstalled Razer Synapse and all drivers using the Razer Clean Uninstall Tool,
- Tested different USB ports and another PC.
The issue persists, so the keyboard seems to be stuck in firmware/bootloader mode.
Could you please provide the **recovery firmware or bootloader repair tool** for model **RZ03-0354** to restore key input functionality?
