I’m trying to download a recovery image from the site. I registered my laptop. It showed up that I registered but when I try to download, it says I have to register my laptop first. Who should I contact? The human customer service on the Razer site is nowhere to be found.

If you’re on rush I’d just download fresh ISO from microsoft website, and just install clean system, rather than some preconfigured image.
