Recovery Image razer fall 2019 needed

My friends, I have a Razer Blade 17, fall 2019. I tryied  Razer Blade System Image self-service tool, but it says my pc is older than 2017 (omg).

 

How can I get it?

Same here. The recovery link refuses to give me an image too - 2019 Fall 17.3” Blade Pro.

i cant seem to find a way to contact razer support directly. Going to the support page just tells me i have to pay for repair support and does not give me a direct contact.
