hi, there i got a message C:\\Recovery\\OEM\\SIG\\OOBE\\rzboobe is not accessible , what can do to fix it

    Sounds like the recovery folder has been deleted. New recovery images can be found here. If your laptop is older than 2017, you can just download a Windows image from Microsoft and install that instead but you may need to source drivers from elsewhere.
