Recovery process stuck at 23/70%

Hello

 

I used https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044 (slightly modified as you need to create the stick first and then copy the Razer image) to reset my machine.

 

I started recovery with a stick based on Windows 11 24H2 and the latest image for my laptop. That got stuck at 70% and didn’t continue.

 

Then I tried to create a recovery drive based on my PC which has Windows 11 23H2 with the latest image for my laptop added. And it is stuck at 23%. 

 

The model is Blade 14 (2023).

 

As the system reset tool has zero output besides the progress bar. What could be the issue and how can I recover?  It doesn’t even throw an error. Is there a way to get a log?

AS YOU can tell by the lack of Reply on this thread even from support team who call themselves support superstars Razer is a sell once and forget about it company. Time to move away from this cash grab opportunistic maniacs who like to think aluminium chasis makes up for all of their shortcomings and start looking into other companies whos products are actually better in performance and support wise likes of Asus with their g14, hp with their transcend and omen line, dell with their alienwares.
