Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent and critical issue with my Razer Blade 14 laptop, model RZ09-0482V.

The problem manifests as a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with the stop code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (0x1224). This error occurs consistently and exclusively when the laptop is operating on battery power only. The system functions without any issues when connected to AC power.

I have already performed several troubleshooting steps based on common recommendations for WHEA errors and battery-related issues:

•Ensured all Windows updates are installed.

•Updated all available drivers, including chipset, GPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series), and battery drivers, to their latest versions.

•Checked for and applied any available BIOS/firmware updates for my specific model.

•Uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery driver in Device Manager.

•Monitored battery health, which appears normal according to system diagnostics.

The fact that the error only occurs on battery power strongly suggests a power delivery, battery management, or hardware component issue that is specifically triggered by the battery power state. The laptop is otherwise stable and performs as expected when plugged in.

Could you please provide further guidance on this matter? I am seeking potential solutions, diagnostic tools, or information regarding repair/RMA processes for this specific issue.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
