Same here what worked for me is use the on screen keyboard go to if you need it or use a different mouse in the meanwhile just for this settings>windows update>advanced options>recovery>advanced startup and change your restore point go back to what you where before the issue started and keep in mind the mouse should work while in bios since no apps have started yet unless it's a hardware issue this is a good way to rule out if it's a software issue.
