Red light always on on my Kraken Kitty Bt?

That’s not normal. Blinking red means the battery is running low. Can you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps that may resolve the issue? Thanks!

Mine is also doing that , it has a full charge and it works when connected on both sides . When powered off one side is off while the other is on and completely red . Powered on the red side is pink while the other is it's normal white color. (Powered off , however it looks white but if you look at the bottom the color is red)

I have the same issue - although the right ear and side snakes are green. The lights stay on when I disconnect the headphones and turn them off. Can’t be doing the battery any good to leave them charging at all times. Troubleshooting: Have update the firmware, disconnected and re-connected, reinstalled the Audio app and re-paired with the Kraken BT Kitty Edition, messed around with the various Chroma Effect settings, turned chroma OFF, forgotten the device in Settings and re-paired - nothing has turned the right side lights off. I tried turning the headphones off while the ears are both blue - the left turns off, but the right turns green and stays on.
