Hi,
I got a gaming chair and my friend received an email with a promo code to redeem an Opus Black Headphones in any purchase over 99$ (see image 1)

However, when he clicks on the link in the email, he gets an error (see image 2).

According to the email, the offer is valid until December 31st, so he would like to know why is this code not valid anymore.

I tried to submit tickets to the support (case # 230505-002493) and I didn't get any response back. This ticket was sent over 3 months ago and I would appreciate a response.
