Hi! last week I got lucky enough to win a keyboard from Google Play Prizes for a Razer keyboard and I have the email saying they are working on my order from last week but when I click on the link to check order status it just says “Error Occured” and even looking up the order number manually returns nothing. Any advise?

Having the same exact issue myself. It would be nice to see an order associated with my email show up in the order status screen. Can a order support team member assist us?

Finally got an answer from the Razer Support Twitter Account. Apparently these redeems will ship out Mid May/Early June

Wow, that's not very reassuring. But I'm glad you got an answer, at least. Very easy to forget about it with that amount of waiting and no way to track it. Thank you so much for sharing! Hope it helps out others in the same boat as us.
thank you so much I have been waiting for 2 weeks for any kind of update because I checked out as a guest like a dummy and I haven’t been able to get ANY information at all. I was starting to think I got scammed or something lol
