Redeemed product on Google Play but hasn't shipped after over 2 weeks

Hi, so I received a free Razer Cobra mouse from Google Play as part of a special reward but after ordering on April 12th it has yet to ship, and I cannot look at the order status because I was not logged into a Razer ID at the time of ordering and there is no way to contact support directly to ask about the status.

I have an order number from the confirmation email but have no way to look at if it has been shipped or any kind of tracking.

Is there anywhere we can directly contact support or is this the best chance at getting their attention?

I've contacted support on X about same thing about my blackshark headset which I redeemed on the April 12th by which I gave my order number and I've been contacted back saying that all redeemed orders and etc will be need to be arranged to distribution to the customers and the date ive been told was mid-may to June, sadly you will have to wait to get a notification about your product being shipped and then you will also receive your tracking number to get your product im not lying but thats what ive been told from razer support on X 

Me as well, I won the Huntsman V3 keyboard. So far now word from Razer, I attempted to email back the sales order email, no luck. Cannot find a support phone number anywhere... And unable to even look up my sales order. When I placed the order it gave me a date of April 26th for estimated delivery, but that date has came and went with no update. A courtesy email or something would be great...I never win anything and the one time I do, this happens 😂. Glad to hear they will be shipping everything later, just wish we could get an official email or something updating us on the status of our orders.

In you place id just contact razer support on X * Twitter * and they'll ask you for the the order number they'll find it rather than other people, but yea sadly they don't email us about this kind of process unless we start asking support itself go find out about it
