Refrubished 2018 Blade 15 fan noise

I've been using my Blade 15 for about an hour. The fans have been getting quiet and then ramping up over and over. I looked at the bottom of the laptop and I see that when the fans get quiet, they're completely off. Not spinning at all. Then the computer warms up and the fans go full speed and the cycle continues. I looked in the Task Manager and saw that the cpu was at it's Turbo Boost speeds. I was also downloading the Windows Updates that it needed and that was what was using the highest percentage. The computer is currently installing the updates but I can hear the fans getting loud and quiet over and over in the other room.

    I have a few questions for you. 1. Where did you get the laptop from? 2. Can you put up screenshots (if not a video) of the idle and under load temperatures? 3. Have you tried adjusting the fan curve?
