I am from india and i bought the razer blackshark v2 x wired gaming headset and now its mic is not capturing audio hence i sent it to the acro rma service through courier after making a ticket at acro but it has already been 5 days it has been delivered but no information i have got about my product that are you gonna replace or repair it and i want my product why are you taking so long atleast reply me , they dont even pick the calls neither reply my emails .
