Hello to all, I have recently noticed that the mouse movement on my mouse only sometimes works and other times it does not work at all lately!. Also I tried a factory reset from Razor Synapse on my USB Razor Mamba Elite Wired Mouse and got this error as a result : An Error occurred while resetting the device, Please try again.! Anyways, Any ideas as to possibly how to fix these issues? Any help would be most appreciated as soon as possible..! Thanks in advance for listening and Have a great day ahead and stay safe also.!
