Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help me…..

Where did you purchase your Razer headset? Please send me a PM with your device serial number and proof for purchase for validation. Kindly upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so I can access the file. Thanks!
